Drilling Results

In 2021, the company announced assay results from holes S13, S14, S15 and S27. The holes are comprised of a 150m wide four-hole fence of drilling to test the geometry and extent of the mineralization at the Silver Hill project in Morocco.

The fence of drilling shows that while mineralization in the earlier angled holes was concentrated adjacent to the contact between the lower sandstone and upper schist, the vertical hole, drilled entirely in sandstone, is very well mineralized, and the mineralization remains open to the north. This observation appears to corroborate mineralization recognized in trenches 1.5 km away.

Hole S114 metres @ 74 g/t silver and 1.08% copper
Hole S3 7 metres @ 48.6 g/t silver and 0.75% copper
Hole S138 metres @ 121 g/t silver and 1.77% copper
Hole S142 metres @ 5 g/t silver and 1.27% copper
Hole S2332 metres @ 28 g/t silver and 0.77% copper
Hole S2430 metres @ 21 g/t silver and 0.73% copper
Hole S275 metres @ 33.6 g/t silver and 1.4% copper

Trench Assay Results

A trench completed on fresh rock below the saprolite returned 13 metres grading 2.7% copper, 34.5 g/t silver, and 82 ppm cobalt, providing a strong structural and geochemical foundation for future drill programmes.

The trench was 30m in total length, ramping down to the target area, and samples were taken some 5 metres below the surface level.

  • 13 m trench grading 2.7% copper, 34.5 g/t silver and 82 ppm cobalt
  • Trench has been completed on fresh rock below the saprolite, 5 metres below the surface level
  • S9: 31 metre intersection with an average grade of 0.7%, including a 3-metre intersection at 1.8%

Geophysical IP Survey

Initial drilling targeted areas that showed evidence of historical mining, testing the strength of the mineralization in those areas. The program successfully identified copper and silver grades, with notable values for cobalt.

The survey identified two trends that run the full length of the property, increasing the scope of our target to two parallel trends with deep roots, beyond the two discrete zones that are visible at surface.
